We are a growing food brand focused on premium spices, seasonings, sauces, and condiments. Our goal is to build a strong digital-first presence across marketplaces and D2C channels while delivering high-converting, visually appealing product listings that drive sales and customer trust.

We're looking for someone who can turn great products into high-converting listings that rank, sell, and build customer trust.

Key Responsibilities:

Mandatory

• Proven hands-on experience building and managing Shopify stores for food, FMCG, or grocery brands — non-negotiable
• Strong knowledge of Shopify — product listings, variants, collections, metafields, and theme customization
• Ability to write conversion-optimized product titles, descriptions, and page copy
• Experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on driving direct-to-consumer sales
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager — campaign setup, audience targeting, creatives, and budget optimization
• Strong English copywriting with sharp attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple SKUs and product variants simultaneously
• Basic understanding of food labeling and compliance guidelines for DTC packaging

Good to Have

• Experience with Indian spice or packaged food brands specifically
• Knowledge of selling across multiple regions (US / UAE / UK) via Shopify
• Experience with Google Ads or influencer/affiliate coordination
• Basic Canva or image editing skills for ad creatives and banners
• Understanding of product launch, bundling, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable reading Shopify analytics and Meta Ads reports to improve performance
