Job Description
We are looking for an experienced EPF & ESIC Compliance Executive who can independently handle manpower compliance work, challans, portal operations, employee registrations, and statutory documentation for government manpower projects.
Responsibilities
Handle complete EPF & ESIC compliance work
Generate and manage monthly EPF & ESIC challans
Employee registration on PF & ESIC portals
Handle ECR filing and compliance submissions
Maintain employee UAN & ESIC records
Coordinate with accounts and HR departments
Prepare compliance reports and documentation
Resolve PF/ESIC-related employee issues
Maintain records as per labour law requirements
Support in audits and government documentation
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of EPF & ESIC portals
Experience in challan generation & filing
Knowledge of labour compliance processes
Good Excel and documentation skills
Ability to handle large manpower data
Attention to detail and deadline management
