Job Description

Job Title: Factory Supervisor (Quality Check)

Location: Delhi

Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Factory Supervisor for handling quality checks and supervising daily production activities at our factory in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, monitoring work processes, and reporting issues to management.

  • Job Responsibilities:Check product quality as per company standards.
  • Monitor daily factory operations and workflow.
  • Inspect raw materials and finished goods.
  • Identify defects and ensure corrective actions.
  • Maintain quality records and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with workers and ensure work discipline.
  • Ensure safety rules and hygiene are followed.
  • Report issues related to machinery or workforce to management.
