Required fashion designer for bee best
Job Overview:
Bee best is looking for a creative and experienced Fashion Designer specializing in girls’ kidswear. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of trends, fabric knowledge, and the ability to create designs that are both stylish and production-friendly.
🎯
Key Responsibilities:
- Design trendy and commercial outfits for girls’ kidswear
- Develop designs that are practical for bulk production
- Select suitable fabrics, colors, and prints
- Create mood boards and seasonal collections
- Coordinate with the sampling and production team
- Stay updated with market trends and customer preferences

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design)
- Strong skills in Canva for mood boards and presentations
- Knowledge of garment CAD / pattern-making software (preferred)
- Good understanding of fabrics, trims, and accessories
- Creative thinking with a commercial mindset

Experience Required:
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in kidswear
- Experience in girls’ dresses (frocks, co-ord sets, party wear)
- Basic knowledge of cutting and fitting is required

Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)
