Job Description

Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR

Graduate in any discipline. 3–6 years of experience in LMD / Riders Hiring / delivery partners hiring & workforce management.

Preferred:

Experience in e-commerce, hyperlocal, or last-mile delivery companies. Strong skills in sourcing delivery partners, vendor management, and demand-supply planning.

Job Role:

• Workforce planning (demand vs supply, peak management)

• Managing Riders and Delivery partners

• Shift planning, rostering & attendance tracking

• Driving KPIs: fill rate, utilization, productivity, attrition control.
