Job Description
Company Overview Pop Oye is India’s first probiotic and health-focused functional soda brand, offering innovative beverages designed around taste, digestive wellness, and modern consumer preferences. The brand focuses on building strong retail presence across general trade, modern trade, cafés, institutions, and on-the-go consumption channels.
Role Summary: The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory, onboarding new retail outlets, maintaining distributor relationships, ensuring product visibility, and expanding market reach for Pop Oye products.
This role requires strong field execution, communication skills, retailer relationship management, and daily market coverage.
- Key Responsibilities: Sales & Market Expansion Generate sales from retail outlets, distributors, cafés, kiosks, and other assigned channels
- Identify and onboard new retailers and stockiest
- Achieve monthly sales and outlet activation targets
- Expand product availability and market penetration
- Retailer Relationship Management Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Ensure regular follow-ups and repeat orders
- Resolve retailer concerns and coordinate with management when required
- Product Placement & Visibility Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail outlets
- Execute branding and promotional activities in the market
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Daily Field Operations Conduct regular market visits and route coverage
- Share daily sales reports and market feedback
- Maintain accurate records of orders, collections, and outlet visits
- Collection & Coordination Support payment collection processes when required
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely deliveries
- Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience in FMCG, beverages, or retail sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and field confidence may also apply
- Must be comfortable with field travel and outdoor sales activities
- Skills Required Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Retail handling and market relationship skills

- Basic reporting and smartphone usage knowledge
