Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Tourism Services)
Location: Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year in tour package sales
Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell domestic tour packages. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, generating leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings through direct field sales activities.
- Key Responsibilities:Visit clients, travel agents, and corporate offices to promote tour packages
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and references
- Explain travel itineraries, pricing, and available offers to clients
- Customize travel packages based on customer requirements
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with the operations team for bookings, hotels, and transport
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Handle payment collection and maintain proper sales records
- Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of tour packages or travel services
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales
- Basic knowledge of tourism industry and destinations
