Job Description
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Sales & Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction.
- Territory Management: Manage a specific geographical area, coordinating orders, deliveries, and customer service.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts and reports to management, track activities, and stay updated on market trends.
- Proven field sales or outside sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation, target-driven attitude, and excellent time management.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
- Meeting/exceeding monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Developing sales strategies and executing them effectively.
- Explaining complex products and their value to customers.
- Coordinating with internal teams (delivery, support).
