Job Description
- Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting standards (GAAP) and regulations.
- Audit Coordination: Assisting with internal and external audits.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements to accounting processes and procedures.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Participating in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Data Entry: Entering financial data into accounting systems.
- Journal Entries: Preparing and posting journal entries.
- Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements and other accounts.
- Invoice Processing: Preparing and processing invoices.
- Accounts Receivable and Payable: Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of financial statements.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing financial data and creating reports.
- Payroll: Assisting with payroll processing.
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
- Support month-end and year-end close process
