Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Franchise Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is focused on: Driving franchise sales Enhancing client engagement Applying strong negotiation skills to grow the business
Key Responsibilities: Franchise Sales: Identify, approach, and convert prospects into franchise partners. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction. Negotiation: Conduct effective negotiations with clients and franchisees to close deals on favorable terms.
Qualifications: Graduation in any field 1–3 years of relevant sales experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset
