Job Description
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :
Source candidates through different channels such as job portals, social media, references, and databases.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process for selected candidates.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Experience: 6 months – 1 year in recruitment (Consultancy/BPO recruitment experience preferred).
Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
