Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment and support daily HR operations. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to handle employee coordination.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
Post job openings on different platforms
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate with candidates and management
Maintain employee records and HR documents
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Assist in attendance and employee management
Ensure smooth HR operations in the company
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment
Ability to work in a team
Computer and MS Office knowledge preferred
