Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Noida
Department: Human Resources
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition activities while supporting key HR Operations functions. The role primarily focuses on end-to-end recruitment along with operational HR responsibilities including onboarding, employee coordination, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
- Conduct screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Schedule and manage HR interviews and follow-up processes.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview status reports.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions within defined TAT.
- Manage candidate engagement and offer negotiation process.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
- Conduct reference checks and preliminary background verification.
- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns.
HR Operations (100%)
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate employee engagement and internal communication activities.
- Support performance management and HR administrative activities.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup/corporate environment.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in IT/EdTech/Startup hiring preferred.
- Familiarity with HRMS and ATS tools will be an advantage.
