Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage our recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on LinkedIn and job portals
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
  • Maintain candidate database and records
  • Assist in offer letter preparation and onboarding process

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with job portals and MS Excel

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 years
