Job Description
We are looking for a smart and professional HR Executive to join our team. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to handle recruitment and employee coordination.
Responsibilities
Handle recruitment and interview coordination
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Manage employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate with team members and management
Handle attendance and employee follow-ups
Maintain professional communication with candidates and staff
Requirements
Age: 20 to 40 Years
Minimum 1 Year of HR Experience
Good English Communication Skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Professional behavior and team management skills
Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
