Job Description
*We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team at ADF! As an HR Recruiter, you'll be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring talents for our organization, as well as managing relationships with our business associates. You'll play a key role in shaping our workforce and driving business growth. key Responsibilities: - * Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs * Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and employee referrals. * Screen, shortlist and interview candidates to identify the most suitable talents. * Manage relationships with agencies and business associates * Maintain accurate candidate database and track recruitment metrics. *Stay up to date with employment laws, regulations and best practices.
