Job Description:

We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive who can handle recruitment, employee coordination, office administration, and daily operational activities efficiently. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of HR processes and office management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment and interview coordination
  • Manage employee attendance and leave records
  • Maintain employee documents and HR records
  • Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities
  • Manage office administration and daily operations
  • Handle vendor coordination and office asset management
  • Support payroll and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain office discipline and reporting systems
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
  • Handle basic documentation, emails, and follow-ups

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic HR software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Good coordination and organizational skills
  • Professional behavior and positive attitude

Experience:

1–3 Years Preferred

Qualification:

Graduate / MBA HR / Relevant Qualification

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience

Preferred Candidate:
