We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of hiring platforms, and the ability to identify suitable talent for different roles.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand hiring requirements from managers
• Post jobs on portals and social media
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule interviews with departments
• Coordinate with candidates during the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment database and records
• Negotiate salary and offer letters
• Assist in onboarding new employees
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• Familiarity with MS Office and HR software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• QualificationBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Experience0–3 years for junior recruiter
• 3+ years for senior recruiter
