About UsDaksh Talent Partners is a growing recruitment and staffing company specializing in healthcare manpower solutions across hospitals and medical institutions in India. We are looking for a passionate HR Recruiter who can handle nurse hiring and healthcare recruitment processes efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions.
- Source and hire Staff Nurses, ICU Nurses, OT Nurses, GNM, B.Sc Nursing candidates, and allied healthcare staff.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hospitals.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates for joining.
- Use job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, and references for sourcing.
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare candidates and clients.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Knowledge of healthcare recruitment preferred.
- Experience in nurse hiring will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
- SalaryNegotiable based on experience + Incentives
- Working Days & Timing-Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
