• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment/HR Hiring is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proven ability to source, screen, interview, and hire quality candidates.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.
• Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Key ResponsibilitiesSource qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality hires.
