JOB DESCRIPTION
HR Recruiter
(Blue Collar)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for Nurses, EMTs, Drivers, and blue-collar workforce.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, and field hiring.
- Conduct screening, interview coordination, and candidate closure.
- Ensure timely closure of positions and smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain candidate database, recruitment tracker, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate walk-in drives and mass hiring campaigns.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure joining and reduce dropouts.
- Coordinate with staffing agencies and vendors for manpower requirements.
Requirements·
- Minimum 2 years of experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring recruitment.
- Experience hiring Nurses, EMTs, Drivers, and frontline workforce preferred.
- Strong vendor network and manpower sourcing connections.
- Hands-on experience in mass hiring and candidate closure.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days preferred.
