Human Resource (HR) Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at our mobile battery company. You will manage our workforce across corporate office and packing floor settings. Your goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical engineers, assembly workers, and sales staff.
- Onboarding: Design and execute structured orientation programs for specialized technical roles.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict chemical, electrical, and factory hazard safety training protocols.
- Performance: Implement KPI frameworks for production floor efficiency and corporate milestones.
- Relations: Manage employee grievances, conflict resolution, and labor law compliance.
- Payroll: Oversee shift-based attendance tracking, compensation packages, and standard benefits.
- Retention: Develop engagement programs to reduce high turnover rates common in operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 1 year of HR experience, preferably in electronics, hardware, or manufacturing sectors.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws, factory acts, and industrial safety regulations.
- Tools: Proficiency with HRMS software, payroll systems, and biometric attendance tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge corporate and operations staff.
