Role OverviewBackbenchers India is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR

Recruiter to manage hiring processes, employee engagement, and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, approachable, and capable of handling multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities·        Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)

·        Maintain employee records and HR databases

·        Handle joining formalities and employee documentation

·        Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events

Requirements·        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

·        6 months to 1 year of HR/recruitment experience (Freshers with strong skills may apply)

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

·        Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets
