Job Title: HR Recruiter – Beauty/OTC Division (Mid to Senior Level Hiring)
Location: Kudos Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd., B-70, Naraina Industrial Area Phase-2, Near Bentex, New Delhi – 110028
Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (General Shift)
Walk-in Timings: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Salary: As per current CTC, experience, and interview performance
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for mid to senior-level roles within the Beauty/OTC or FMCG retail sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on leadership hiring such as Area Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and Zonal Sales Managers. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections and the ability to close positions efficiently.
