Job Description
- Sourcing and Attracting: Identify qualified candidates via social media (LinkedIn), job boards, and employee referrals.
- Interviewing and Screening: Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Process Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Job Offer Management: Negotiate salaries and benefits to close candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate initial onboarding and documentation for new hires.
