HR Executive

Job Title: HR ExecutiveExperience Required:Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or related field

Role Overview:

The HR Executive will support daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates with basic exposure to Human Resource Management who are looking to grow in the HR domain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers

2. Onboarding & Documentation

• Handle joining formalities and employee documentation
• Prepare offer and appointment letters
• Maintain employee records

3. HR Operations

• Track attendance and leave records
• Support payroll inputs and coordination
• Update HR databases and MIS reports

4. Employee Engagement

• Assist in organizing events and engagement activities
• Address basic employee queries

5. Compliance Support

• Help ensure company policies are followed
• Assist with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
• Required Skills:Good communication skills
• Basic HR knowledge
• MS Excel and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Qualifications:Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, etc.)
• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ideal Candidate Profile:At least 6 months of internship or full-time HR experience
• Eagerness to learn and grow in HR
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
