  Position: HR Recruiter

  Salary bracket: best in the industry

  Location: B-1/H-5, Second floor, Mathura Rd, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi, Delhi 110044

  Working days: 5

  Working timings: 10 am to 7pm // 9 am to 6pm

  Experience: 0 to 4 years

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screening resumes.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Administering appropriate company assessments.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
