Job Description

Position 1-Business Development Executive



Locations Delhi-NCR- (primary), Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

•     Track and respond to tenders on CPPP (eprocure.gov.in), GeM, and PSU-specific portals.

•     Build and nurture relationships with HR, L&D, and Director-level officers in assigned PSUs.

•     Prepare techno-commercial bids; coordinate with legal and finance for EMD, PBG, and compliance documentation.

•     Track GeM catalogue refresh for SFJ offerings; ensure product listings remain current.

•     Manage post-award account servicing for smaller deals under mentor supervision.

•     Represent SFJ at PSU conclaves, ministry roundtables, and Bhawans as required.

Must-Haves

•     MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or General Management.

•     Fluency in Hindi and English; comfort navigating government environments and long sales cycles.
