ABOUT THE ROLE
The Business Development Executive will support client acquisition, relationship management, and business
expansion activities. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills to identify
opportunities, convert leads, and maintain strong client engagement.
You will play a critical role in achieving business targets and building Aleph INDIA’s reputation as a trusted
compliance partner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility/Task Details
Lead Generation -Identify and pursue potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
Client Engagement- Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
Proposal- Preparation Draft and share proposals with clients in coordination with Operations/Technical teams.
Targets -Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Market Research -Keep updated on regulatory developments and industry needs.
Coordination -Work with Operations and Technical teams for client project alignment.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
MBA/Graduate in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
1–3 years of business development experience (B2B preferred).
Knowledge of Indian standards and regulatory compliance processes.
Strong persuasion and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
