Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team by generating leads, coordinating with clients, and driving business opportunities through calls and online channels.
Key Responsibilities
· Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
· Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
· Understand customer requirements and share relevant solutions
· Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the field sales team
· Maintain and update CRM data regularly
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales execution
· Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements
· 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / tele sales / lead generation
· Good communication and convincing skills
· Basic knowledge of sales process and client handling
· Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
· Experience in B2B sales
· Exposure to tech/IoT/industrial products (preferred)
