Inventory & Supply Manager

Role/Purpose

The Inventory Manager is responsible for managing all stock and ensuring the right products are available at the right time. They coordinate with manufacturers, supervise orders, and make sure inventory is accurate and well-controlled.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track all inventory (raw materials and finished goods)
• Monitor stock levels and avoid overstock or stock-outs
• Coordinate with manufacturers to fulfill material requirements
• Plan and place purchase orders when needed
• Supervise incoming and outgoing orders
• Verify quantity and quality of received goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
• Identify slow-moving or dead stock and report it
• Work closely with sales, production, and procurement teams
• Ensure proper storage and handling of products
• Prepare inventory reports for management

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of inventory/warehouse management
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and manufacturers
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Excel or inventory software
• Problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related field
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain (preferred)
