Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain office network systems and internet connectivity.
- Provide technical support for collection team systems, desktops, laptops, printers, and IP phones.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, router, switch, and connectivity issues.
- Install and configure software, systems, and networking devices.
- Monitor server, CCTV, attendance, and backup systems.
- Support dialer and calling systems used in collection processes.
- Maintain system security, data backup, and user access.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and network maintenance.
- Ensure smooth IT operations for collection teams.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Networking, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Router & Switch configuration.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Outlook, printers, and desktop troubleshooting.
- Understanding of IP addressing and internet troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- PreferredExperience in BPO / Collection / Recovery process.
- Knowledge of dialer support and CRM systems.
