🚨 Hiring – Customer Service Executive
🏢 Company: Shipit Express Logistics Private Limited
📍 Department: Operations / Customer Service
💼 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000
📌 Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle customer queries via Calls, Emails & WhatsApp
✔️ Track PTL shipments & provide delivery updates
✔️ Coordinate with transporters, branches & clients
✔️ Resolve shipment delays, POD & operational issues
✔️ Maintain shipment records, MIS & Excel reports
🎯 Requirements:
✅ 1–3 years experience in Logistics / Transport / Courier Operations
✅ Good communication skills in Hindi & English
✅ Basic knowledge of Excel & email communication
✅ Strong follow-up & coordination skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
🎓 Qualification:
🎓 Graduate preferred
💻 Basic computer knowledge mandatory
