Position: Customer Support Executive (Executive)
Location: NSEZ, Sector 81, Noida
Salary - Up to 35K in hand - Depends on Experience
Interview Mode : Virtual
Need Min 12 months of Experience in Customer Service in an international BPO in Voice Process.
Key Responsibilities:
Need Min 12 months of Experience in Customer Service in an international BPO in Voice Process.
Handling basic Customer queries related to Telecom Bills /Customer Resolution expert.
Should have excellent Communication / Interpersonal /Comprehension skills
Should have Basic computer knowledge
Delivering information about the company's offerings
Candidates should be willing to work in US shift
Any Graduate/Undergraduate
2 Days Rotational week off
Age Up to 45 years
