Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge of diamond and jewellery collections.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Handle billing, customer queries, and after-sales coordination.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards.
  • Support inventory management and stock coordination.
  • Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and festive sales events.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction at all times.
