Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive coordination across teams, and ensure seamless support and account handling. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients/accounts.
- Coordinate with clients regarding sales updates, support requirements, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure timely communication and proactive updates to clients.
Account Handling
- Manage end-to-end account operations and client servicing.
- Track account performance, client requirements, renewals, and escalations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, finance, and support for smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Use data-driven insights to improve account performance and customer engagement.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
- Present reports, updates, and account status reviews effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience in account management, client servicing, sales coordination, or business operations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data reporting systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
