The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices. The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life.
The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Role and responsibilities
- Contribute to design and implementation of Inclusion strategy to promote Gender parity, Disability and LGBT+ inclusion and Social Equity in collaboration with business
- Work closely with the Inclusion champions, Inclusion committee and act as a steady trusted advisor on inclusion matters
- Design and execute Inclusiveness initiatives to accelerate hiring, retention, engagement and fair representation of diverse talents
- Strengthening EY women’s India network and looking for ways to enhance engagement and impact
- Spearhead important milestones and celebration of International Women’s Day, IDAHOTB, Disability Day, etc.
- Review and design policies to make them inclusive and propagating the same till the last employee through innovative campaigns
- Leading Mom-EY framework for working mothers and driving awareness on parental benefits
- Deploying various leadership development interventions targeted to women managers and above including mentoring, career sponsorship, coaching, etc.
- Driving compliance on various mandatory inclusive learning programs
- Study best practices and bring in innovation
- Create high-quality document preparation, presentation, collaterals, frameworks, review documents
- Build strong governance around data analysis and tracking progress – Inclusion dashboards on monthly basis to enable business to take inclusive decisions

To qualify for the role, you must have
Qualification
- Master of Business Administration - HR
Experience
10 to12 years in Talent (at least 5 to 6 years on driving Inclusion, rest experience can be from any other Talent COE roles like Organisational Development, implementing change management projects, etc.)
