Merchandiser

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Garments Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the sourcing, production, and delivery of garments while ensuring products meet quality standards, timelines, This role involves working closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and designers to ensure smooth operations from concept to final product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire garment sourcing and production process.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and design teams to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, designs, and quality control processes.
• Job will involve visits to factories and outstation travel also (not very frequent)

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Garments Merchandiser or similar role in the apparel industry

* Strong experience in Men's Fashion is a must (open to both men and women candidates)

* Prior experience working with brands in a similar role

* Strong knowledge of garment production processes and current trends

* Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

* Degree in Fashion
