Job SummaryReloved Gadgets is looking for an experienced and motivated Mobile Technician Team Leader (TL) to lead our mobile repair team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of smartphone repairs, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure quality repairs while meeting daily productivity targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of mobile technicians.
• Assign daily repair jobs and monitor team performance.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in smartphones.
• Ensure high-quality repairs and adherence to company standards.
• Handle complex repair cases and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Maintain repair records and daily productivity reports.
• Monitor spare parts usage and inventory.
• Train and mentor new technicians.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Quality teams to achieve daily targets.
• Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
• Requirements3–6 years of experience in mobile phone repair.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Senior Technician.
• Strong knowledge of Android and iPhone repairs.
• Expertise in motherboard-level troubleshooting is preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily targets.
• Preferred SkillsTeam handling experience.
• Quality control knowledge.
• Basic computer skills (Excel and reporting).
