Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to manage daily shipping, dispatch, labeling, inventory coordination, staff handling, and office operations. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the business.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & Dispatch ManagementPrepare and manage daily shipment schedules.
  • Coordinate dispatches for Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and other sales channels.
  • Generate shipping labels and ensure proper product labeling.
  • Verify orders before dispatch to minimize errors.
  • Track shipments and resolve courier-related issues.
  • Inventory & Warehouse CoordinationMaintain stock records and update inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for order fulfillment.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of products.
  • Staff ManagementSupervise packaging and dispatch staff.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor work completion.
  • Maintain attendance records of workers and staff.
  • Ensure discipline and productivity on the shop floor.
  • Quality Control & DocumentationConduct basic QC checks before dispatch.
  • Maintain dispatch registers and shipping records.
  • Prepare daily operational reports.
  • Manage invoices, challans, and other documents.
  • Administrative & Office WorkHandle routine office administration tasks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and vendors.
  • Maintain records and filing systems.
  • Assist management in daily operational activities.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Required SkillsBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Leadership skills to handle workers and staff.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Preferred QualificationsGraduate or Undergraduate.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or office administration.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or e-commerce operations is an added advantage.
  • Working HoursMonday to Saturday
  • 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (can be adjusted as per company requirements)

Performance ExpectationsThe candidate will be responsible for:

  • Error-free shipping and dispatch operations.
  • Timely completion of daily orders.
  • Proper staff coordination and supervision.
  • Accurate inventory and documentation management.
  • Maintaining operational efficiency across the office and warehouse.
