Job Description
Fliptrip Holidays is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Operations Executive to handle travel operations, client coordination, and lead conversion for international holiday packages. The candidate will be responsible for managing assigned leads, resolving customer queries, coordinating travel services, and converting inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Travel Operations Management
- Handle day-to-day travel operations including hotel bookings, flights, visas, transfers, sightseeing, and itinerary coordination.
- Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, airlines, and travel partners to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Ensure timely confirmations, accurate documentation, and operational efficiency for all bookings.
- Resolve operational issues and provide prompt support to clients during the booking and travel process.
International Holiday Package Sales
- Handle sales for International Holiday Packages across destinations such as Bali, Thailand, Dubai, Singapore, Europe, Maldives, Vietnam, Turkey, Mauritius, and other global destinations.
- Work on leads assigned by the management/owner and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized travel solutions and holiday packages.
- Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to maximize sales conversions.
Client Coordination & Customer Service
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding quotations, bookings, payments, travel documents, and updates.
- Provide complete pre-sales and post-sales assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Vendor & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with visa, accounts, and sales teams for smooth processing and service delivery.
- Maintain strong coordination with vendors and suppliers to ensure best pricing and service quality.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain proper records of leads, bookings, payments, and operational activities.
- Update CRM/sheets regularly with client and booking details.
- Prepare daily sales follow-up and operational reports for management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of international travel destinations and holiday packages.
- Sales-oriented mindset with excellent convincing abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and travel booking portals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Travel Operations, Holiday Sales, or Customer Handling.
- Prior experience in International Holiday Package Sales will be preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.

- Willingness to take ownership of both operational and sales responsibilities.
