Job Description
- Coordinate daily dispatch, route assignments, and fleet availability across delivery zones
- Monitor real-time delivery performance and resolve on-ground exceptions (delays, breakdowns, failed deliveries)
- Act as the primary point of contact for delivery partners / gig workers for shift-level queries and issue resolution
- Maintain operational dashboards — tracking key metrics like on-time rate, utilisation, and SLA breaches
- Liaise with clients on order status, escalations, and delivery feedback
- Identify and flag process gaps; contribute to SOPs and playbooks
- Support onboarding of new delivery partners and vehicle assets
- Coordinate with the tech team to report platform issues and test new features
