Job Description
Responsibilities:
● Handle B2C customer queries
● Track B2C customer journey and support wherever required
● Client servicing
● Routing and scheduling appointments
● Operational oversight of grooming vans
● Taking customer feedback and ensuring happy customers.
● High customer satisfaction focus
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Fluent in English
● 1-3 years experience in customer service/support
Employment Type: Full Time, Work from Office, 6 days a week, Tuesday off
Location: Pancsheel Park, Delhi (5 minutes walk from Panchsheel Park Metro
Station)
