Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Management• Assist in setting up and structuring campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook &Instagram) and Google Ads• Help build ad sets, audience segments, and ad creatives following briefs provided by theteam• Support A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and audiences — document findings instructured logs• Assist with budget allocation tracking across campaigns and ad sets• Help set up and QA conversion tracking via Meta Pixel and Google Tag ManagerCreative & Copy Support• Brief creatives by compiling reference ads, competitor formats, and hook ideas for staticand video ads• Write or assist with ad copy: headlines, primary text, and CTAs across Meta and Googleformats• Maintain an ad creative library: tag assets by format, platform, and performance tier• Research winning ad formats in the kitchenware and cookware category using Meta AdLibrary and competitor analysisAnalytics & Reporting• Pull and organise campaign data from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4 intoweekly performance trackers• Assist in compiling monthly performance reports: ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, andconversion trends• Monitor daily ad spend and flag anomalies (overspend, underdelivery, creative fatigue)• Track competitor ad activity via Meta Ad Library and document changes in messaging oroffer strategyLearning Assignments• Study and summarise recent platform policy updates (Meta, Google) for team review• Research how competitors in the kitchenware space structure their paid funnels —awareness to conversion• Explore how Performance Max campaigns and Advantage+ are changing e-commerceadvertising

On-Page & Content SEO• Assist with keyword research using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Keyword Planner• Help map keywords to product pages, category pages, and blog content• Write and optimise meta titles and meta descriptions for product and category pages• Support content briefing: compile keyword data, search intent notes, and competitor page structures• Audit existing product pages for basic SEO hygiene: missing tags, thin content, keyword gapsTechnical SEO Support• Learn to run basic site crawls using Screaming Frog or Sitebulb and flag common issues• Assist with monitoring Google Search Console: coverage errors, manual actions, performance drops• Help maintain XML sitemaps and internal linking trackers• Support Core Web Vitals monitoring under guidance (LCP, CLS, INP)Reporting & Tracking• Maintain keyword rank tracking sheets and weekly performance logs• Pull data from GA4 and Google Search Console to assist in monthly SEO reports
Track competitor rankings and content changes in target keyword clustersLearning Assignments• Study and summarise recent Google algorithm updates for team review• Research how competitors in the kitchenware and cookware space approach SEO• Explore how AI Overviews and SGE are changing SERP layouts for product-related searche
Must-Have (Minimum Bar to Apply)• Basic understanding of how Google search works — crawling, indexing, ranking• Familiarity with keyword research concepts: search volume, intent, competition• Knows what meta titles, meta descriptions, H1 tags, and canonical tags are and why they matter• Has used or is actively learning at least one SEO tool• Comfortable working in Google Sheets: sorting, filtering, basic formulas (VLOOKUP, COUNTIF)• Can write clearly in English — no jargon, no fluffGood to Have• Has done any hands-on SEO project: personal blog, freelance work, college project, or a practice site• Some exposure to Shopify, WordPress, or any CMS• Basic understanding of what Core Web Vitals are• Awareness of E-E-A-T and why Google rewards trustworthy content• Familiarity with Google Search Console or GA4, even at a beginner level
