Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesEdit and format PDF documents including text, images, tables, and layouts
- Convert files (Word, Excel, images) into PDF and vice versa
- Ensure proper alignment, fonts, spacing, and document structure
- Merge, split, compress, and organize PDF files as required
- Add annotations, comments, bookmarks, hyperlinks, and page numbers
- Apply security features such as password protection and restricted access
- Perform proofreading to ensure error-free and high-quality documents
- Maintain document consistency according to organizational standards
- Required SkillsProficiency in tools like Adobe Acrobat, Foxit PDF Editor, or Nitro PDF
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and document formatting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good typing and editing skills
- Ability to handle large documents efficiently
