Job Description
Handle end-to-end procurement of electrical and automation components (e.g., PLCs, sensors, cables, panels, switchgear, etc.)
Identify and develop new vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers
Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
Generate Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure proper documentation
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Projects, Store) for purchase requirements
Maintain records of purchases, vendor details, invoices, and stock levels
Ensure quality standards and cost optimization
Monitor inventory to avoid shortages or excess stock
Handle vendor follow-ups and resolve supply-related issues
