Receptionist – Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Receptionist is the first point of contact for all members and visitors at Delta Fitness Gym. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk ManagementWelcome members and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Handle member check-ins and visitor registrations.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and social media messages professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding memberships, facilities, classes, and gym policies.
  • Membership Sales & SupportExplain membership plans, offers, and promotions to prospective clients.
  • Assist with membership registration, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
  • Follow up with leads and inactive members to encourage enrollment or renewal.
  • Maintain accurate member records in the gym management system.
  • Administrative DutiesMaintain daily attendance records of members.
  • Handle billing, invoices, receipts, and payment collection.
  • Prepare daily cash collection and payment reports.
  • Keep reception documents, forms, and files organized.
  • Schedule appointments for personal training, fitness assessments, and classes.
  • Customer ServiceResolve member queries and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure every member receives prompt and courteous service.
  • Coordinate with trainers and management to address member concerns.
  • Promote a positive and welcoming gym environment.
  • Facility ResponsibilitiesEnsure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security procedures.
  • Inform management about maintenance or cleanliness issues.
  • Marketing SupportAssist in promoting gym events, fitness challenges, and special offers.
  • Encourage members to leave Google reviews and referrals.
  • Capture member inquiries and maintain a follow-up database.
  • Required QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, billing software).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Professional grooming and pleasant personality.
  • Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
