📌 Role Overview
We are seeking a fast-paced, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist for our manufacturing facility. You will manage the front office, handle visitor reception, and support logistics data entry.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet clients, suppliers, and truck drivers professionally.
- Access Control: Issue visitor badges and enforce facility safety protocols.
- Call Routing: Direct incoming calls to sales, purchasing, and production teams.
- Data Entry: Update inventory, shipping logs, and weighbridge data daily.
- Spreadsheet Management: Maintain order tracking sheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Mail Handling: Sort incoming mail, courier packages, and delivery challans.
- Office Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized reception and conference area.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skill: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, basic formulas).
- Work Speed: Ability to multi-task and work quickly in a high-volume industrial environment.
- Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or steel company is preferred.
