Regional Manager-GTS (North)-TRANSACTION BANKING-GTS Cash
As the Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the bank's cash management services in the Northern region. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, expand the client base, and optimize operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of cash management processes, and the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.- Lead and manage the regional team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
- Develop and execute plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Oversee cash management operations, including cash handling, processing, and reconciliation.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent the bank at industry events and forums, promoting its brand and services.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in cash management or a related banking function.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of cash management processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in using banking software and technology solutions.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
