Regional Manager-GTS (North)-TRANSACTION BANKING-GTS Cash

As the Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the bank's cash management services in the Northern region. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, expand the client base, and optimize operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of cash management processes, and the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Lead and manage the regional team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
Develop and execute plans to achieve business growth targets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
