Job Description

  • Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship ManagerDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Source new business for vehicle loans and achieve monthly business targets.
  • Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, and dealership networks.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely query resolution.
  • Maintain portfolio quality and support collection activities when required.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
